I have a few questions after reading your “description” for the installation:
1 dooes it work even on pc?
2 at the moment I log in via MGLauncher of MY.GAME, the account is on my hotmail account, will the mod still work or do I have to reinstall the game via Google play and log via Google play account?
This would be a big bummer but if there is no choice I guess I’ll have to.
3 I have no idea of what is the “target” tab that you mention in the description.
4 a “pc manager” will do for the “In order to install the MOD APK, you will need a file manager app with root capabilities.”?
5 In the case that I have to reinstall the game via Google play, and log in via google account, there is a way to recup the game data of the account I’m using now or it will be a new start from scratch?

I run the game via LDPlayer9 on PC, but according with your “description” as to install the MOD, I should find on the upper left corner the 3lines of the settings, but is not there.
Is that due because I run the game via an Android simulator?
There is any way around for this problem?
